The Sourceacre Record
Not a list. A living record.
Underneath everything we sell is one record of UK companies, the sites they occupy and what’s on those sites. Every fact carries its source, its licence, when it was true and when we learned it. History is kept, never overwritten, and each new market we serve extends the same record.
- Companies Companies House Who each business is, its status, its officers and its filings.
- Sites Council business rates lists The commercial properties a business occupies, and how they are used.
- Buildings Energy performance certificates Floor area and energy rating, which let us estimate a site’s energy use.
- Grid and generation Electricity network operator registers Solar, batteries and other generation already connected.
Our first market

Commercial solar and battery installers need to know which sites use enough electricity to make the numbers work, and who to speak to. That information is spread across several official registers that don’t link up.
Sourceacre Signals joins them. We estimate each commercial site’s electricity bill from its floor area and energy rating, check for solar and batteries already connected, identify the business that runs the site, and rank the sites worth calling first.
